Helios was founded in 2011 in New York City with the intention of bringing data management efficiency to industries that were heavy on paper processes. The founders developed a massive database system that combined mobile technology with a workflow management tool, starting in the elevator industry for both inspections and maintenance management. The mission of the company has expanded to provide simple, efficient and cost effective systems to our clients to improve transparency and reduce overhead.

Our Icculus Platform is built off of a massive database created as part of our enterprise solution. This ties together various aspects of the system to build analytics and workflows that can be added at any time to our web platform. As new functionality is needed, we simply ‘turn-on’ the new function and it immediately integrates with your existing system.

EASY TO USE

SIMPLE. This is the primary goal of everything we develop. If a user does not know how to navigate the system or the process is more cumbersome than their current workflow, it will not be successful. We put the interface first and integrated the data management and process workflows to that. A happy end user leads to a more successful deployment and better experience.

Helios does not believe in a ‘blow up the world’ approach to system integration and deployment. So we allow our clients to choose the modules that they require and deploy the system one piece at a time; careful not to upset the normal business operations.
